Fall cards

Hello there. Just wanted to post a few fall cards that I made and sent out to family before I got a chance to share. Enjoy..

This one is my favorite! I made it with Tim Holtz’s Autumn Blueprint set. I just got it a couple months ago and love it so much. It came with a set of 4 leaf images. I used the maple leaf for this card. I stamped it and colored it with Tim Holtz distress inks. After cutting it out, I adhered the leaf to a tag. I also distressed the tag using Antique Linen and Walnut Stain distress inks. To get the most out of my stamp, I stamped it out with a light tan ink to create the background for my card. I mounted the base on a standard A2 sized card. For interest on the tag, I added matching ribbon and a metal brad from my stash.

All the cardstock I use is from Papertrey Ink. In my opinion, it’s the best quality out there. I also have purchased ribbon to match the cardstock and most of my inks are from them as well. I just really love the quality of the products. I’m in no way affiliated with them, I just wanted to share my favorite cardstock and inks.

The second card I made using Papertrey Ink’s Hello Foxy stamp. So super cute. I colored her with copics the best I could and used the coordinating die to cut her out. For the background, I used my beloved Heidi Swapp sprays. I could not stop there, I had to add a touch of gold with a few metallic leaf sequins.

Most of my cards that I make are posted on my Pinterest page which you can find HERE.

That’s it for today.. Thanks for stopping by and happy crafting!
